I’ve set up the wp nickname to be the same as the twitter name, I’ve checked the “Add author to follow list:” but still when I press the tweet button it doesn’t show the option to add the blog post author to twitter.
I’m using the latest version 2.4.4.

Thanks very much. You were right, my theme has a problem. I’ll look into it.Regarding the support request, it just felt normal so as to be able to have “the big picture” when debugging the problem mentioned.
