I made a child theme with a plugin, but i already made changes to my parent theme. I have no clue which those were. Can I fix this somehow?

I havent created a child theme yet, i will do that later.
I changed the url to ‘http://extraordinarybeauty.nl/about-me’ but then i got an error saying the page couldn’t be found, so i switched it back

Beneath the header is the menu with : Home / about me / contact me
Those titles are in a black bar as u see on my website.
When i open it with my ipad it is white with a black line above and underneath it.
