In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] letters and characters on new update 0.9.5.1I have exactly the same problem, the update broke my site.
Thank you so much, for the moment I chose to disable the 404 error detection.
@dwinden thanks for your response.
I use the latest iTSec. I can’t understand why the path gives me the error.
The 404 error is like this “/wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz/utils/temp/eXzSy-1449798744.png”
The path exists and the folder contains .png files and .txt files. They are about the captcha, but recently I disabled Captcha in Wpdiscuz plugin and it didn’t work, the path still gave 404 error.
I don’t know why the white list doesn’t work. I think it could be a solution…
I think the problem wasn’t from iThemes Security, the problem was from “WP Super Cache”, I uninstalled the plugin and installed again, the problem haven’t dissapeared but the number of 404 error has decreased.
Hi gVectors Team, thanks for your response. I have the plugin “iThemes Security” I am almost sure that this plugin is causing the problem. I deleted the plugin wpDiscuz from FTP and installed it again and the problem didn’t dissapear.
For example this path: /wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz/utils/temp/C5jHY-1448627750.png generates a 404 error.
I don’t know what is the problem.
Any ideas?
