I was able to identify and resolve the issue on my side.

The problem was caused by custom code in my theme’s functions.php that was removing several standard WooCommerce billing fields using the woocommerce_checkout_fields filter, including billing_city, billing_address_1, billing_postcode, etc.

This customization had been working correctly before WooCommerce 11.2.0, but after updating to 11.2.0 it was no longer compatible with the checkout/shipping functionality.

After removing this customization, updating to WooCommerce 11.2.0, and installing the new Shipping plugin (morkva UA Shipping), the shipping fields are displayed and work correctly, and the checkout process works as expected.

I am now only hiding the standard WooCommerce billing fields with CSS, while keeping them available in the DOM so WooCommerce can still use them for its internal validation and checkout logic.

There is still a separate WooCommerce Blocks console error:

/checkout/undefinedwc/store/v1/cart → 404

However, this error does not currently prevent the checkout or shipping fields from working.

We can see them on hosting php errors log and looks like they appear when post(s) being edited.
We’r using regular (not pro) PublishPress Authors version 4.10.0.

These errors do not have negative impact on the site/server work and we can ignore them?

You mean that 2538? If so then yes, in errors there is always only this ID.
