Let me explain why I had trouble finding support: After installing the plugin, I needed support, so I went to the list of plugins in my wordpress admin, found yours and followed the link there which took me to your website www dot cus rev dot com. On your website (the cusrev one) there is no link to contact anyone.
You said the link is right there on the download page. True, but after installing the plugin I had trouble finding the wordpress download page for it. When I went into the plugins list in my admin, the link provided by your plugin points to your own website rather than the wordpress one.
I hope I’ve made it clear that I was directed to your own website instead of the wordpress one, which is why I was unable to find any support link there. If you would simply put a link on your own website pointing to the wordpress support link, it would be very helpful for others, like me, who end up on your own website instead of the wordpress one searching for support, it would be very helpful.

I was not able to locate the support link at the time, but I did manage to find it later, and ultimately found a solution to the problem. I’m not trying to be a jerk here – the fact is, your own website doesn’t have any link to contact you for support, and it took quite a while to find the wordpress support page. If you had a link to Support on your own website, we wouldn’t be having this discussion. Anyway, since the problem has been resolved and the plugin seems to be working OK, I will edit the rating to 3 stars. The difficulty in getting support for this product is a real issue. If you were to add a support link to your website (even if you simply point it to the wordpress support forum), I would be comfortable giving you 5 stars. I don’t think I’m the only one who has trouble finding support for this. Having a link on your site would make it much easier for others too.

I was using woocommerce shipping plugin which automatically imports the address including the country, so I don’t have to enter it. The correct country does appear on the label too, but somehow the wrong country code was transmitted. I understand the barcode might have been incorrectly coded as Serbia.
