We have made all the necessary updates for the plugins themes, and WordPress Core. Unfortunately since we haven’t been able to replicate the problem, we can’t really test if the solution you proposed worked… Is there anything else besides plugin or theme conflict that could lead to this problem. Could it be an issue with our hosting server being slow because of its load?
Thank you for the quick response. All of the orders where placed by customers through the checkout and none of them are virtual products or classified as one. What i meant about the shipping address is that we have setup in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping, the shipping destination to “Default to customer billing address”. Unfortunately i cannot give you a screenshot of the order details as it contains addresses but i can tell you any information you want to check.
Under shipping theris a message ” No shipping Address set.”
