I’m using the 2012 theme that comes with WordPress. Here’s the link to my site:

Before the most recent update, I thought the PrintFriendly button appeared on the main page, but now it’s appearing with the individual posts.

Well, yeah, I know that. They’re in the process of doing that.
But your reply doesn’t address my question as to why WP says I’m on a server with 4.4.9 when I’m not.

After redoing the wp-config.php file another three times, I finally there was an error in there. It has been fixed, and now it’s working properly.
