Hi @shivamtyagi,
Yes, indeed in the source code „description” content”, “og:description” and “twitter:description” are the same, but Facebook Preview and Twitter Preview are different than General Snippet Preview.
Facebook Preview and Twitter Preview show the first paragraphs of the text while General Snippet Preview shows the text entered by the user. It leads to a slight confusion, because different text can be seen in Facebook Preview and Twitter Preview, and different is in the source code.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] “Cache Mobile” set to OFF problemYes, I noticed that it works this way, but wouldn’t it be worthwhile for these options to be consistent with each other?
If we have the “Cache Mobile” option set to OFF and the Crawler downloads the Desktop version, why does the plugin create a mobile version if a mobile user comes in first, instead of just creating one Desktop version like Crawler does?
I understand the two separate versions of Desktop and Mobile, with the “Cache Mobile” option set to ON, but with “Cache Mobile” option set to OFF I do not see consistency here 🙂

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Websites in subfolders clearing cache problemHi,
Today we contacted our hosting-provider again.
The whole problem lies with the configuration of services with our hosting-provider.
It is not possible to separate subwebsites from the parent website (it is possible if we use subdomains only). So you can close this thread, because nothing can be done about it 🙁Best regards

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Websites in subfolders clearing cache problemHi,
The problem is with the first configuration:
https://domain.com/sub1
https://domain.com/sub2
https://domain.com/sub3In the second case (with subdomains) everything is fine, but this solution is not optimal for a number of reasons.
———-
To be clear, the problem is with a configuration like: https://domain.com/forum. No problem with https://forum.domain.com/.
“forum” is just an example of the subwebsite in subfolder.Regards

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Websites in subfolders clearing cache problemHi,
The structure is as follows:
– WordPressMain(main website)
– WordPressMain/WordPress1
– WordPressMain/WordPress2
…
– WordPressMain/WordPressNWordPress1…N are in subfloders of the main website (WordPressMain). These are independent instances – not Multisite.
———–
When I am logged in as an administrator to any WordPress, I see other websites as not-cached.According to my hosting-provider, the system treats the whole as one directory and when issuing the clear cache command, it flushes the entire cache directory and thus deletes the cache of all websites. Other plugins (eg W3 Total Cache, WP-Optimize, etc.) work only within a specific website and are independent of each other.
However, when a subwebsite has its own subdomain assigned to it, it is treated as an independent instance, although it is still in a subdirectory.

EveretHi @qtwrk
We do not use recent post widget in this website. There are no widgets at all in this website.
We have nearly 20 WordPress websites, with different themes, but in all of them is the same issue.
We use normal plugin, not Enterprise.
The option “All pages with Recent Posts Widget” was and is everywhere unchecked. We’ve gone back everywhere to 3.5.2 version and it’s ok. Maybe there is a problem at the interface between plugin and hosting?Regards
EveretHi @qtwrk
These tags are from version 4.1. If I have time, I will replace the version with 3.5.2 and include tags from that version.
Generally, with the same settings, everything is fine until version 3.5.2 – the cache is not completely cleared after posting a new article or updating an article. Above version 3.5.2, the entire cache is cleared. And this applies to various websites, not only one.Regards

EveretHello @usabe
I’ve checked – the problem in version 4.1 also occurs – with these settings all posts are cleared from the cache after updating the post or after publishing a new post. This issue does not occur in version 3.5.2.
