The listing gets added by the frontend, and the code for the email part within the submit form shortcode is:

Hi there,
Having a similar issue. Using the listable theme with WP Job manager and I do not get an apply button on my listings. Had look through config, and settings and did not find any solution. Please help. Hope I can do a function or something to display that button.
