Yes, both sites are on the same server!
It’s exactly the product guides in the image.

I have two sites with the same problem, I installed the Storefront theme, deactivated and activated all the plugins and it didn’t appear.

I tested some previous versions of WooCommerce but it didn’t return either, remembering that I cleared the cache each time and was using the Storefront theme
