The most recent enteries appears at the top of the blog, I quite don’t understand why your new enteries comes at the end. Check your setting.
Do you have problem in login in your own blog or in others blog? If you are trying to login wordpress.com blogs for comment you should have your own blog with wordpress.com to start any posts however you can comment to any blog just clicking on the comment.
Also you should disable immediately the User registration enabled for guests to leave comments.
