Both of them are not working for me. I have 2 references in one of my accounts that I’m trying to sync right now.
I’m having the same problem. I successfully created user accounts but was unable to sync/import any of them. The icon just seems to stay stalled on the syncing mode.
I am also having the same issue. Have either of you solved this yet? Does anyone have any suggestions for how to do this?
