I couldn’t see the event in the backend event list. Looking at the database, the event record had a post_id that didn’t exist which I thought was a bit strange. But I couldn’t delete the event cos it didn’t appear in the backend under All Events.

In the end I had to go into the database and just delete the event record. That worked.

But the bug is in how the post record got deleted but the event record didn’t.

Thanks for the responses. Unfortunately I have given up using The Events Calendar as I couldn’t get it to work reliably, so I’m not using it at all now.

Please could somebody address this bug as it makes the calendar view next to useless.
