can you point me to how to check to see if the IP is blocked by mailchimp, please? I cant find it in their documentation.
I became aware of the problem because someone else alerted me they were getting the message, so it is not just me.
When you say “the account” which account do you mean? My account with the hosting company?
have checked with host. they say IP is fine.
when I look at the plug in setting, it has a big green “connected.”
the error I’m getting (and others are getting) is Merge Field invalid.
