In reply to: [Page scroll to id] When loading a new page it flickersI should have mentioned I tried a bunch of different lower and higher numbers no real affect.
I notice in the page source that the javascript for the plugin is loaded in the footer.
Would moving the javascript to the header right under jquery work better and give it priority over other scripts? (I assume the reason it might be having a problem is some of the other js on the page???)

In reply to: [Page scroll to id] When loading a new page it flickersThe odd time with that setting it would work…
I left it on so you could see what I mean but the it never really worked for the other anchors farther up the page like

Do you have any other ideas?

In reply to: [Page scroll to id] When loading a new page it flickersThanks for looking into this.
I originally was using another older custom solution that didn’t have the flicker but wasn’t taking into account the offset of my sticky menu into account for the menu anchor.
I really like your plugin but am unsure why the flicker is happening. Here is the page URL (which is also one of my menu items that uses a menu anchor in the URL).

If a person is on another page and then loads this url (or others like it) with the menu anchor as I described before it jumps first to the menu anchor, then back to the top, then smooth scrolls as it should to the menu anchor.

In reply to: [HappyFiles - WordPress Media Folders & File Manager] Plugin closed??Trials usually refer to time limits but I do see how limiting functionality like with the 10 limit folder could be considered a trial.
If you read the Guidelines, how some of these plugins get around these limits is by having the free plugin with less features built into them. Therefore they are not limiting the functionality of the plugin. To get the advertised upgraded features customers then buy the pro version which is another plugin that enhances the free version. This is what Elementor does and a pile of other plugins.
Seems like splitting hairs to me and I rather have less plugins installed. They must have set it up for some reason this way…

In reply to: [HappyFiles - WordPress Media Folders & File Manager] Plugin closed??Couldn’t find the actual Facebook Post.
After reading the guidelines it does sound like the folder limitation is the issue. I guess the easier rout for the developer to go is to just restrict post types like others do.
Not sure why the guidelines require the extra functionality in a separate plugin. I don’t like the fact that I have to have 2 plugins installed for Elementor etc…
Also do not like the fact that developers do not get any warning, explanation nor a grace period to fix the issue. Sure some may be violating the guidelines on purpose but I bet most are not.

In reply to: [HappyFiles - WordPress Media Folders & File Manager] Plugin closed??Curious at what happened as well. HappyFiles is still being actively developed.
Ahh forgot you were using Media Library. My tip is only for items that have the trash.
Sorry
Had the same issue with templates. Check your trash as those are probably images you have trashed that belong to the category but have not yet been deleted.
I get the same error on some of my sites when editing a page through Elementor and trying to upload an image.
I was thinking it was more of a running out of memory issue on the Server than a direct HappyFiles issue. I haven’t really looked into it though so am not sure.
All sites use the same host and have the same settings but I was thinking the size of the page was just enough to create the problem. Next time I well check the WordPress error log files to see hopefully what is happening.
Ha, I just had this issue and was about to ask your same question. I quickly scanned the youtube video they have on the happfiles website and it gave me the answer. You need to drag the item from the category to the uncategorized folder.
I purchased the plugin and answered my own question!
Yes it does (I was pretty sure it would)
