@ricsca2, I found a solution. Not the best one but the only one that works at the moment.
I went into the WordPress editor and replaced all the #9c27b0 (purple) colour to my theme colour.
The disadvantage here, of course, is that I will have to repeat this every time Hestia releases an update. Oh well. At least I don’t have to look at that purple underline anymore.
