I have the same suggestion as khd2018, it would be nice if we can add an image (logo or event) above the QR code in the eTicket. I don’t mind if I need to upgrade to Pro version.

In reply to: [Video Player] Huge IT Video Player stop playingOK after I deactivated all plugins, but the videos are still not playing. Finally I decided to downgrade WordPress from 4.9.1 to 4.8.4 followed the instructions below, the videos are working fine afterward on the test site. So the result is telling me the Huge IT Video Player latest Version 1.2.4 has conflict with the upgraded WordPress version.

I am not alone, my co-worker’s WordPress site also has this issue after he upgraded to latest version, this is what I found out so far.
