Yes, version 1.1.13 seems to have resolved the issue. With Cookillian activated, the slideshow now works in Chrome and IE9. Thanks a lot for the fast fix!
I had this problem as well (I’m using WordPress 2.8.4.). The iframe code from Amazon would disappear after inserting it into a post under the HTML editor. I found a solution here: http://webwork.onblog.at/en/wordpress/amazon-partnernet-affiliate-links-iframe-wordpress-beitraegen-posts
I inserted the code supplied at the above site into the theme’s function.php file and iframe code now works.
