Thank you. I came across this after searching the issue in the theme’s support forum. It appears to be a known issue. Someone said they had a fix (https://www.thebinary.in/blog/make-relevanssi-plugin-work-with-betheme/) however I tried it and it did not help. So, does this appear to be just an issue with the theme or is it the plugin?
Thanks so much for checking it. I’m wondering if the WPMUDev plugin left something in my database that isn’t going away even though I’ve deactivated and deleted it.
Ok, I restored the original search.php file but that did not help. When Relevanssi is activated, I don’t results for any search terms.
Sorry, I am unsure. How would I find out?
Thank you! I’m using Divi, which has a nice gallery/slider but it’s configured with a page builder, I’ll have to see if I can find a shortcode for it π

You may have been exactly right, because when I re-uploaded my logo and then saved the settings, now the font is loading. Now, I have at least 2 other requests out, one for sure has admin rights to the site, to look into it, but all of a sudden, it’s showing up. So for now, THANK YOU for telling me to re-load the logo! LOL. Do you mind loading the page, taking a screenshot with awesome screenshot or something, and showing me what you get so that I know it’s loading for others?

Thanks so much for checking so quickly. I don’t know if this helps but the code to tell it where to search is added to my child theme’s functions.php.

How else do you explain that my premium plugin is receiving an update notification coming from YOUR plugin (and it’s happening on everyone else’s that purchased from Code Canyon). Don’t worry, they already notified Envato about what’s been done. He’s the one that should be contacting the laywer π
“Iβm really sorry for the inconvenience, but this happens because some guy plagiarized our plugin. Back in November 2013 we submitted a DMCA and he removed the plugin from wordpress.org. Now he has apparently submitted it again and just changed the author and renamed the variables. And added his own copyright message. The syntax and file structure is exactly the same.

As you can see they are pretty much identical besides the small changes i mentioned.The person is also an author here on Codecanyon and we have once again asked him to remove the file. The reason why our plugin is showing up with an update notification is because he uses the exact same folder name and our original plugin and as we use the WordPress API to provide updates WordPress goes to wordpress.org for the update.
We will release an update to our plugin making some changes to that this doesnβt happen. Meanwhile do NOT update the plugin as you will just get the plagiarized version.”
