yes i did. i deleted the plug-in. my brother said the bug is “rolled into the code” and not in the plug-in. he took a look at it via skype then disappeared. anyway. the end result is he got the footer back but NOW it says: Set your Twitter account name in your settings to use the TwitterBar Section.
It should have my recent twitter at the bottom instead of that twitter bar message.
