I have exactly the same issue after updating “Meta Pixel for WordPress” from version 5.1.0 to 5.2.1.
With the Complianz plugin activated, both the Meta Pixel Helper and the Events Manager showed no pixel on the page, even though the integration with Complianz was working properly before the update.
Reverting to version 5.1.0 fixes the issue and everything works properly with Complianz.
