Na verdade este log não é do seu Plugin e sim do módulo do Pagseguro que integra com o Woocommerce. No m omento do checkout, ele gera erro e este log. Segundo o suporte do Pagseguro, o problema pode estar relacionado ao plugin dos correios. Eu estou usando a versão 2.2.0.
