    Thanks for your comment threadi, I’ll contact W3 Total Cache to see what they can find. As soon as I have feedback from them and Wordfence, I’ll post it here (for reference, just in case someone has the same alert) and mark the issue as resolved. But based on both inputs, I’m almost convinced, that this is just a “false positive” alert.

    Hi Jeremy, thanks a lot for your fast response! I already contacted Wordfence a few days ago, but no answer yet. Unfortunately the source cannot be identified, at least I cannot identify it, but if this is merely a list of contributor credits, this might be a false alarm. I hope Wordfence can help with more information. Many thanks for your feedback.
