I appreciate the reply, however, it does not answer my question: is there code available to use an excerpt from the Product Long Description instead of the Short Description in the METAs Template?
I had gone through the list of available variables (the link provided) before asking.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shop Categories messed up after 3.3Hello,
Count me in on this too.
There is also an issue with ALL the selected categories being displayed under the titles whereas before the upgrade only the Primary category was displayed.
When do you plan on having a patch to fix this? Or better yet, instructions on how to fix this within the Theme would be quicker.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Authorize.Net Payment Gateway WooCommerce Addon] Adding Description fieldNazrul,
Yes, I have your Authorize.net Light and MerchantOne Plugins installed and configured.
Also, I never answered you on the http://www.quantumgateway.com/woocommerce.php. I knew about this Plugin and have tried it out. Didn’t like it because it uses iframe which I am not a fan of. I rather use CURL over anything else.
As promised, another $25 Donation was just sent.
Appreciate the timely manner getting these Plugin updated.
Thank you,
Craig

Re-installed your Authorize.net Lightweight Plugin and made 2 changes:
$this->method_title = ‘Quantum Gateway’;
$this->authorizenet_lightweight_liveurl = ‘https://secure.quantumgateway.com/cgi/authnet_aim.php’;Also, I copied this Plugin’s /image folder replace to the MerchantOne Plugin /image. These are better/cleaner CC images especially the Diners Club.
Thank you,
Craig

In reply to: [Authorize.Net Payment Gateway WooCommerce Addon] Adding Description fieldPS: Does the Lightweight Plugin work with the MerchantOne Plugin too? Again, I need both the Authorize.net/QuantumGateway and the MerchantOne Plugins to be able to be Activate/Enabled together.
This gives the Customer two different Gateway to make payments through. If one fails, the Customer can try a different Processor with slightly difference verifications.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Authorize.Net Payment Gateway WooCommerce Addon] Adding Description fieldNazrul,
1) I installed your Lightweight Plugin and made the changes to the URL and the img width size. Will you please add the Description field to this Plugin?
2) I attempted to cut/paste the MerchantOne code, but, got a parsing error:
<b>Parse error</b>: syntax error, unexpected ‘error’ (T_STRING), expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in <b>/var/www/clients/client44/web184/web/wp-content/plugins/webmicro-merchantone-woo-addon/webmicro-merchantone-woo-addon.php</b> on line <b>149</b><br />
Let me know.
Thanks you,
Craig

OK, I installed your Authorize.net Plugin and edited the code with that of the link you provided.
I also had to do additional changes because I use an Authorize.net emulation gateway:
1) $this->method_title = ‘Quantum Gateway’;
2) img width=”38″
3) const LIVE_URL = ‘https://secure.quantumgateway.com/cgi/authnet_aim.php’;The MerchantOne Plugin that I have installed does not have an img statement but the images are 38 and I copied the smaller images from the MerchantOne so both Plugins are using the same images.
Please provide the link to the updated MerchantOne code.
Thank you,
Craig

In reply to: [Authorize.Net Payment Gateway WooCommerce Addon] Adding Description fieldNazrul,
I am not interested in ACH payments, at least not at this time. However, are you planning on add ACH to your Payment Plugins (Authorize.net and MerchantOne, if they provide ACH services)?
Does your MerchantOne Plugin work with their Authorize.net Plugin? As mentioned, the one I currently uses does not work with your Plugin.
I’ll make Donation for the MerchantOne Plugin. Is the code available for download?
Craig

In reply to: [Authorize.Net Payment Gateway WooCommerce Addon] Adding Description fieldNazrul,
Sorry for the delay.
The woothemes/WooCommerce guys do not have a MerchantOne Plugin. I am currently using another Authorize.net Plugin without any problems. However, when I have your MerchantOne Plugin enabled, the CCV field quits working in the Authorize.net Plugin. This is why I asked if both your Authorize.net and your MerchantOne plugins can run together.
Do you get charged a PayPal fee on Donations? If so, I can send a Donation directly to your Paypal account without accusing any fees. If not, I can send you a Donation using the link on the Authorize.net plugin page.
Let me know.
Thank you,
Craig

I have either donated or purchased the Pro versions of every Plugin in use so I have no problem supporting the “cause”.
Let me know when the Plugins have been uploaded and how to get a copy of them. As soon as I start using your Plugins, I’ll donate for your work.
Thank you,
Craig

In reply to: [Authorize.Net Payment Gateway WooCommerce Addon] Adding Description fieldNazrul,
I assume the phrase: “All cards are stored by Stripe servers we do not store any card details” was entered in a Description field on the Plugin’s Admin page.
Perfect, that is what I need in your Authorize.net and MerchatnOne Woocomerce Plugins.
I’ll donate $25 USD per Plugin to get this done in a time manner. If you have a PayPal account, I can to send you the donations without you occurring any fees. I’ll send the donations when you are ready to distribute the code, if that acceptable?
Thank you,
Craig

In reply to: [Authorize.Net Payment Gateway WooCommerce Addon] Adding Description fieldHello,
I have no problem giving you a Donation to add a Description Field to your Woocommerce Authorize.net and MerchantOne Plugins.
I have been using this Authorize.net Plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/os-woocommerce-authorizenet-aim/ over yours because it has the Description field which I need. It also has 2 additional fields where the Successful and Failure messages can be changed.
Can you please add the Description field to your Authorize.net / MerchantOne Plugin and provide an URL with both of them running? Once I see them in action, I give you a Donation to receive the code.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Authorize.Net Payment Gateway WooCommerce Addon] Adding Description fieldWill this enhancement be permanently added to both Plugins?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Authorize.Net Payment Gateway WooCommerce Addon] Adding Description fieldI figured as much. I was looking for a suggest of the amount of Donation that you require to add a Description Field to the Authorize.net and MerchantOne Woocommerce Payment Plugins.
I would do this myself, but, I do not want to have to deal with maintaining my hacks on future updates. I much rather that you add the Description Fields yourself so future updates include this enhancement.
Also, how long will it take to get done?
Thank you.

In reply to: [Authorize.Net Payment Gateway WooCommerce Addon] Adding Description fieldThat is fine. Let’s me know what you mean by “support” and the time frame in getting this done.
Thank you.
