I have the same problem for italian language:
http://www.modasitalia.com/it/essa/category/costumi-da-bagno/page/3/
instead of:
http://www.modasitalia.com/it/category/costumi-da-bagno/page/3/
I will explode the url and if default language is egual to get_current_language() and not egual to en I will take out the 5th element of array and implode the url. A better way without disable experimental translation of urls?

After another checking is ok only until 0.7 version, after go in crash the quick edit and the adding of new categories botton (It is impossible to see the button to submit new category)
