I know but the problem is that it addet it self to the peramlink settings so no matter what I choose it stays here.
The permalink settings look like this:

Hello.
Thank you for the advice, it helped, kinda. I deactivated all of my plugins and themes and figured out that the WP Directory Kit plugin was part of the problem, but that only reducet the number of added page IDs by one. The /?page_id=5354 is still there.
The problem isnt a singe page it acures on the whole site and I tryed to check the contend of some of my pages, but nothink seems to be causing the problem.
