Well, looks like WordPress is totally useless.
My web hosting service is Yahoo. I spoke to their support dept and they don;t offer 2.7 as an option. Only 2.6. I tried to follow the instructions in the video in above post but 1) it is not mac specific 2) is therefore confusing with mostly irrelevant instructions.
Thanks but this isn’t Mac specific. I have deleted old WordPress file. Version 2.7.1 has been downloaded and sits in Applications folder. I have even deactivated my blog with hosting service (yahoo) and reactivated. Its till comes up as the older version. What am I doing wrong?
