I have been unable to edit the site via FTP…. are there any other options?

It is after I enter the username and password that I get the 404 error…the last link you sent still has that issue.
How would I go about correcting the site address issue?

When I enter my username here, http://firststreetgreenpark.org/blog/wp-admin I get a 404 error.
Is the style sheet a known problem?
