Hey, I have the same problem – I have over 2,5 million of jobs, the expired jobs never get deleted. I tried to add a script – it is not working; The bulk option is limited to 20jobs only, so it is not a solution. When I tried to delete the plugin with all the data – as suggested – it takes forever. I reactivated it – the amount none of the jobs was deleted.
What is the solution in such case?

Yes, there is a way how to do it via code and Expired jobs, I was researching this a few days ago (I have over 1million jobs I want to delete), but forgot where it was, maybe in theW P All Import section.
