Thanks everyone for taking the time to reply really appreciate it!

I’ve been digging into this for the last couple of days because it’s driving me crazy. At first, I thought it was just an audit glitch, but I went through everything step by step. I disabled all caching and optimization plugins, turned off ACF, Really Simple SSL, and even the HTTPS redirection plugin just to be sure.

I also cleared Cloudflare cache, local cache, and CDN-level cache multiple times before rechecking. But the weird part is the source code in the browser looks totally fine (only one and ), yet tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush keep showing multiple meta tags and duplicate head sections on random URLs. Sometimes it disappears for a while and then shows up again after a crawl.

I even tried switching the theme temporarily and checked with default block plugins same result. That’s why I’m starting to think it could be something in the way Kadence or one of the dynamic content blocks loads elements in the background.

Has anyone using Kadence or a similar setup faced this before? I’d really like to know if it’s a rendering issue or if something deeper is happening at the plugin level. I’ve even tried disabling a few high-level plugins like Rank Math, ACF Pro, and Real Media Library to test  but no change.
