I have a very similar problem. The Cyclone Slider link is missing from the collapsible menu in the admin panel, but the plugin is still functional. I was able to find the url to access and update it anyway, which is (siteurl)/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=cycloneslider
That works for me, anyway.
