OK, I saw another post here about a similar spacing problem and what this guy did was deactivate the plugins and then reactivate them.

So I deactivated all the plugins and checked the spacing. It was correct!

I then reactivated the plugins one by one and found one plugin that seemed to cause the spacing problem. So, I’m just not going to use that plugin.

Problem solved.
