Hi,
It looks like you’re using youtube-video-player-pro at the moment not this plugin. Shall we close this ticket?
Can you provide a sample page?
If you’re a Pro user, please contact us using the Pro contact form to address this with information about your site, etc.
Hi,
Please take a look here: https://www.embedplus.com/how-to-hide-youtube-related-videos.aspx
Hiding the ones that show up on pause would involve overlaying something on the YouTube player and is certainly something no one should be doing under YouTube/Google terms of service.
Currently, the plugin loads the thumbnail provided by the YouTube API. If you own the video, you can change that thumbnail directly on the YouTube channel.
Out of curiosity, did you check this option?
Also Defer jQuery: Note: Do NOT check this option if you are using a pagebuilder. Furthermore, defering jQuery may improve your GTMetrix score even more, but might not be compatible with your theme or other plugins (especially if they are not defering their own scripts). Use this option with caution.
Hello?
Hello?
Hi,
The plugin seems to match the playlist on YouTube.com, which has copies of videos:
Scroll through the list of 12 videos and you’ll see the duplicates to remove.
Hi,
Can you try clearing your autoptimize cache?
Hi,
If it’s a playlist gallery, then you can reorder it to whatever you want on YouTube.com and the plugin will match that ordering. See more here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QNuEVJL54NE
For channel galleries, note that the YouTube API returns the channel videos in most recent to least recent. If you don’t have too many videos in your channel, you could add them all to a playlist on YouTube.com, order them as you want in the playlist, then embed the playlist. Each time you upload a new video, you’d need to add it to the playlist though.
Hi,
Did you check the global setting for related videos in the plugin’s admin page?
If you did, then were these 100+ videos embedded using another plugin? Also we did some further looking. We noticed none of your other videos on other pages exhibit this issue. So, this appears to be related to your theme (specifically, an issue with your home page template), rather than the plugin. However, to confirm, we want to do an apples-to-apples test. Can you create a test page, and inside it, embed a gallery identical to the one on your homepage? Then, let us know if that new page has the same issue that your homepage has. If this new page works fine, using the same exact gallery, then the issue lies specifically with something local to your homepage.
Hi,
Did you check this option in the Galleries settings page?
Automatic Continuous Play
Hi,
The Pro version offers that and other customizations. The URLs, however, won’t appear as hyperlinks given the required string parsing involved. It’s something we’re considering addressing in the future though.
