Unfortunately, there’s no current way to have unlisted live streams and chat. FYI, for pro users, you can use the Pro support form for priority support.

It looks like it’s been a while since you updated the plugin. We incrementally wound the vi stuff down and gave the opportunity to turn it off over multiple versions since what you previously had. Your best bet is to install version 13.1.2.5, which would reveal the vi deactivation feature. These are instructions to temporarily go back to older plugin versions: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/download-older-versions-of-wordpress-plugins/
Once you’ve turned off vi, you can then migrate back to the latest version.
Try checking this option in the galleries tab:

We also noticed that you have a jQuery missing error:

Did you uncheck the jQuery option in the performance tab of the plugin? If so, please check it and refresh cache.

We see from the video that you have the no-cookie option checked in the Privacy tab of the plugin’s settings page. That particular option checked, as you can imagine, inherently limits various behaviors. Please try and uncheck it, refresh cache, and see what happens.
Do you have a caching plugin? If you do, what happens when clear it?
Yes. There’s no restriction.

We don’t store credit card data, and by the way, you could have canceled all of this within the Pro versions account settings page.
