When you define a constant in wp-config like this:
define(“DSGVO_COOKIE”,”https://www.yourdomain.com/data-policy/”); // change the url to your data-policy page
it displays a cookie notice.

EDIT: Ich konnte das Problem lösen, in dem ich “Paypal for WordPress” deaktiviert habe – das funktioniert ohnehin scheinbar nun ohne extra Plugin.
