I am sorry that the pro version license code was not verifying on your site. As this was a past problem and to properly discover as of why, it was occurring, back-end access with test account was needed.
This is no longer a issue as the plugin validates on all sites now, proper tests were already made and the plugin more advanced now.
Also please understand that this review area is only for the free version. If the free version works then of course the pro version will work.

I am sorry that it is confusing to you. Have your read the first part of the above documentation link? Where it says to
“Please read How to make Conditional Fields before proceeding.”
After reading How to make Conditional fields, you will find that it does indicate which field type to choose and does show screenshot of what the final product should look like.
This documentation will ofcourse need updating, as it isn’t totally user friendly but has the necessary information for the function to work.
This review area on WordPress.org is only for the free version. If the free version works, then the pro version will work just with alot more features.

The WooCommerce Checkout Manager has never been tested for compatibility with the plugin. If the free version is not compatible with the plugin then most likely the pro version is not compatible as well.

Have you tried adding in the abbreviation name for each field. As it is important.
These errors only show when WP_DEBUG is turned on. By default WP_DEBUG is not turned on.
In version 3.6.4. This is not a issue as there are no errors showing. If you find any more errors, please do feel free to report. 😉Hi,
