Not able to use this plugin

    I have activated this plugin and did my settings.

    But when i tried my order form
    1) the date picker didn’t appear on my form.
    2) the new added fields ( using the woocommerce checkout manager) did not appear when i receive my customer’s order. It appear blank, though information has been key in.

    May i know what’s wrong?

    Kindly advise.
