E.Good that you have explained the problems in which you experienced.
Now I can relate to this. As of any software, plugin, program, it is impossible to make it perfect at first, that is why there are different version numbers for the programs.
Now then, the fields are hidden only from products and categories, which excludes the variation attribute for now. This variation attribute which is out of the plugin description and was not mention of being a feature, should be added with future updates. Current version of the plugin is 4.2.11.
You can update the plugin by logging into trottyzone.com and goto My Account >> Edit Account page then proceed to download the latest version.
Or you can update automatically in the WordPress Install.
Now then, these are only two issues and not tons of bugs.
This pro version is not a scam, as you did download and install the said plugin, as well as changed the options. You just had an bad experience, in which I am sorry about.
Please do let me know how I can further assist you with the pro version on the pro version forum.
Hello there,
I am sorry that you had an bad experience.
I am unable to reproduce this problem. As the plugin does work, certainly.
A better explanation of the problem would be easier to clarify the situation.
You can create a support ticket on the forum.
I am sorry that you had an bad experience but I do assure you the plugin does work.
You would need to specify exactly, of what does not work for you.
Maybe its an compatibility issue with your theme, maybe some settings need to be changed.
You can create a support ticket on the forum.
Please only post on the support forum for pro version.
