Required Fields Errors

Hey guys,
I’m relatively new to woocommerce. I’m using the checkout manager to add custom fields to the checkout page. I clicked the “Required” box to make sure people fill it out. However, even when they fill it out and click “proceed”, the checkout doesn’t advance because it says the fields are not filled out even though they are.
Basically – it’s not registering that the required fields are filled out.
Any help/advice would be really appreciated
