I have tried to back it up today and as I said the error was shown and it has never been completed. And also my pages are still broken.
How can it be successfully completed?
Let me just clarify a little. I backed up my web but later ran into issues with the media carousel and tablet responsiveness of my web. I have contacted Elementor support team and one of many advices was to regenerate css. So I did.
Since then couple of pages of my web is a complete mess. So I have decided to restore a previous version. And I can not because the backup failed to complete following this message:
“HTML was detected in the
response. You may have a security module on your web server
blocking the restoration operation.”Today my host has deactivated Web Application Firewall security and I ran the backup again. It was an unsuccessful attempt.
I made the host deactivate it and ran the back up. The same issue appeared.
Hey,
I have contacted my web who works with Web Application Firewall and they are convinced that it isn’t a reason and advice to solve the cause of the blockage rather than turning off the security.
