Thank you for the link. I’ve decided to use the exclude option, so URLs with fbclid will no longer be served from the cache. This solves the problem with the missing URL parameters for us, and it doesn’t add much server load, as these URLs make up only a small part of our traffic.

The one downside is speed. These links come mainly from ads, so visitors would really benefit from a fast page load from the cache. Like Dominik above, I think more granular rules would help.
