Thanks for your response.
After noticing the perceived issue, I manually resubscribed them to my mailing list (not woocommerce customer list) a few days ago. I can’t recall with certainty what the setting was on the “Edit” page, but I think it showed “unsubscribed.” And I believe it was on the “All” page, not filtering by list.
I’m also having an additional issue (which may be related, which I can make as a new support thread if required), where something with Mailpoet is causing significant delay to my website load (like 5 seconds or more). From a chat with my managed wordpress host support (dreampress plan with Dreamhost), they said:
Upon checking on the situation, the problem is coming from the Mailpoet
plugin, as I am finding an error on the error log:
2025/02/26 09:42:16 [error] 24652#24652: *25341 FastCGI sent in stderr:

This means that the plugin might have an issue with their API when
creating a submission. This will be needed to be checked with Mailpoet
directly as the server is working correctly.
I killed off some PHP processes that were stuck due to the issue and the
site is loading much better. Best to check with Mailpoet support about the
issue. So if you’re able to speak to that topic as well, I’d appreciate any help.
I have since deleted and re-installed the plugin a few times, but the loading issue comes back, so I assume the API issue persists.
I don’t really want re-enable the email signup form because of this issue, but let me know if you need me to do that.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] “Orders” tab returns 404 pageHi @babylon1999,
Thanks for your suggestion — the orders page is working after deleting the tables and several following steps.
I deleted the custom orders tables as you suggested.
I then went back to the “Woocommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features” page and clicked the “synch pending orders” link, then toggled on “enable compatibility mode” and clicked “save changes.”I then switched to “high performance order storage” and “saved changes”.
The orders page now works, and the URL ends in “wc-orders”, as was originally mentioned.
I still have “enable compatibility mode” selected. Should I keep it this way or disable? (see screenshot for current settings: https://prnt.sc/2mGFeGoboM9_)

I see, yes the setting is currently toggled to posts storage (legacy).

In reply to: [WooCommerce] “Orders” tab returns 404 pageHi @doublezed2,
Thanks for your prompt reply!
The URL for the “orders” tab, when I “copy link address”, is https://www.foxislandstudio.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order, so it’s similar but not the same.My site’s system status can be found here:
