We have also just discovered that the missing sub-categories DO appear when you are on certain pages. So if you go to http://www.callscripter.com/ then navigate to about > the team then navigate to the media drop down, the missing sub-menus (case studies and corporate literature) appear and are accessible.

In reply to: WP Admin not updatingYes the menu categories are set as sub menus, as the news drop down is, and when I am logged in as admin the menus, pages and posts display exactly as I want them too.
I tried the above points (except disabling every single plugin) and still no joy. Grrr.

We do have a cache plugin which I have tried emptying but has not worked.
