The type of the theme you have applied on your WordPress website does not affect the way you markup the script tags. The approach is the same as it is shown in the video above.
In the report for your site through the Cookiebot manager, there is an Initiator field for each of the cookies that have been found. It tells you where in the source code these script tags appear.
Ones you have found the script tag (from WP admin panel: Appearance/Editor/Theme files), you should just mark it up according to Step 3 from this guideline: https://www.cookiebot.com/en/help/ and save the changes.
