Thank you Andrew. Although I wasn’t able to follow the instructions on the suggested site — it’ll be good information for the next person who’s in my predicament (and a bit techy).

I finally called HostGator to see if they could help out since they host my domains and they did just that!

So Andrew — I wish you a blessed and prosperous and peaceful and loving new year!

    You’re the best!

Geek Squad is the troubleshooter for any electronic device(s) that you purchase through Best Buy. There’s a yearly fee of about $100+ that includes many methods of help.

They usually do remote access to fix an issue even if you call them 20 times a day. Or — an agent can come to your home to see if his/her tools will fix the problem. Or — you can take your device to them easily since they’re right in the back of Best Buy.

As long as I’m under the yearly contract, I get all services for free (like when they had to do a factory refresh).

Thanks for your response esmi. I appreciate your suggestions.

Fortunately I resolved my own problem and will explain here in the event anyone else has a similar issue.

As you can see in my post — I was hoping that the plugin wasn’t the culprit. Turns out that it was.

I deactivated the “broken link” plugin and everything went back to normal. It seems that I can’t have both running at the same time as when I’m uploading products.

    I’ll just re-activate after I’m done.

    Case closed! Thanks again esmi!
