    Thank you to all the forum members who posted addressing this issue I hope that saving my files with shorted names and locating the description latter in the post resolve this matter if I nevertheless continue having this issue I will let you know here.

    I have contacted my hosting and they help me to resolve the matter they update the PHP to 5.2 and ask me to upload the files with shorter names and it work now is ok. I am placing part of the conversation this may help resolve the problem to other websites too.

    11:52Elena: The modsec issues was resolve then? Can I uploading the files with the name reduced resolve this matter?

    11:54Alexey Ko.: Yes, you can try continue uploading with short names, that should work further.

    I really don’t know what the problem is it was working perfectly fine four days ago and after the WP update I can not upload any media in any size. I am sorry but I don’t quite understand what do you mean with test website.
    I wish I could continue posting my media the same way I was doing that before. If somebody have an idea about what could be happening ill will be much more appreciate.
