Just just checked the link you posted, and the Homepage of the same website, and the Animations are working fine for me.
Can you please try to create your browser and/or website cache, and check again?

In Elementor, you can use CSS Classes box to add the Animate It! classes.
Please note that the animations you see in the drop-down are the Elementor default animations, not Animate It!.

In order to use the Exit animation, you need to add your element inside another container.
So the outer container call have Exit animations, and inner one can have Entrance animation.

You can generate the animation classes using the class generator here:

After generating the classes, just add them to the Advanced tab > CSS classes box on elementor container

You can use either DIV to add these classes or used the CustomCSS box available in the Advanced tab or your custom widget or page builder.

Also, you can use the classic editor on a post or page to click on Animate it! icon and generate the short-code. More details can be found here:

Apologies for the delayed reply.
The Elementor text widget is rendered differently than the WordPress classic text editor.

That’s the reason why you are not seeing the Aniamte it! or any other plugin icon in there.

I have asked my dev team to see if there is a way to add that icon in the Elementor text editor widget.
Will let you know if it’s possible or not shortly.

It seems you have either set scroll offset to ) or blank. Please set it to at least 1 or higher value.
