    Hey @lovingbro
So, I think I have resolved it, but I’m letting you know what I did, if it’s useful to anyone else.
I followed the deactivation and re-activation procedure aslo on the main site, and the button worked fine until I reactivated my kadence child theme, which didn’t happened in the staging site.
My child theme doesn’t have custom fuctions, I used it just to add a couple of custom css rules.
I also cleared everything you suggested using the Woocommerce tools, but the button didn’t worked.

As the very last resort, I deactivated the caching system on my server (which I had already cleared twice), and now it seem to work.
I will test also other variables products, just to be sure.

    Again, thank you so much,
    Elena

I deactivated all the plugins except woocommerce. Then I did a test and reactivated all of them one by one to see if there was any incompatibily. The last thing I reactivated is my child theme. The product still works, so I think there isn’t any incompatibily with the components I used.

It is possible that there was some conflict and by deactivating and reactivating everything it has resolved by itself? When I did the test on my main, I deactivated the theme but not the plugins, and viceversa, when I deactivated the plugins the theme was active.

    Thank you so much,

    Elena

Hi @shahzeenfarooq, thank you for the reply.

I created the staging site: https://awitchypath.com/sutherland/?product=test-variable-product

Now the product seems to work. Any suggestions?

Hey @lovingbro, thank you for the reply.
I have created a test variable product, and the behaviour stays the same, while I have no problems with regular products, so I’d say the issue is with all variable products: https://awitchypath.com/product/test-variable-product/

I can try the staging strategy but I have a flash sale going on so it isn’t the right time, as soon that ends I can put the site in maintenance and try the compatibily test again, but I’d prefere to avoid that for obvious reasons. As I said in the initial comment, the issue presentent after the update to woocommerce 10.5.1, the variable products worked fine with my current theme before the update, and I haven’t changed anything else. Let me know if something comes up from the test variable product.

    Thank you so much,

    Elena

Hey, I’m sorry, I had to move the product in draft because costumers were signaling the bug to me.
Now the url should work again.

No I can’t do the staging. As I said the error persist also with a default theme and all plugins deactivated, I have alredy tested it as standard procedure before hitting the forum. I have customers visiting the site, and I can’t risk losing their business because of this problem. I’m sure you understand.

    Thank you so much,

    Elena
