It continues the same. After the updates to those php pages, and deleting cache, it continues the same. It is retrieving the data to database, but still not displaying (for some post) accurately.
Ajay, I’ve made the change to the top-10.php and admin-columns.php as you requested. I’m assuming I will only notice the change to new posts? Or will it fix the counter for the older posts that aren’t displaying well?
Thanks.
Hi Ajay,
I took a look into this. The total views displayed inside the post page (like a custom field) shows accurately the number. But when viewing it on the article listings, which is where one views total and daily views, there is a malfunction on some of the posts.
I choose one post to give a visual example from WP panel to database.

4. http://postimg.org/image/pymh2erjv/in the blog_id in the database, I see 1s.
I went through various page tables, and it shows number 1.
Yes, it seems like no one is answering.
I wasn’t sure if this feature was fixed on the premium or not. I’m glad you informed me. I won’t buy it until it is, and if there is no support, doesn’t seem like a good plugin to use.
I’m getting a note at the bottom of the site stating “Contribute to a better translator.” Which is quite strange as a message. I added the #goog-gt-tt { display:none !important; } which hides the message, but upon clicking a language translator, it now gives a big margin at top.

In reply to: White Gap at Top of Page on FirefoxI think I figured it out. I thought the gap was viewed by all viewers. I had tested both my computer, and until now getting feedback from you… I realize that it was exclusive to my computers and firefox. I deactivated Firefox add-ons, and one of various were in conflict and causing that gap.
Thanks for your help!

In reply to: White Gap at Top of Page on FirefoxIt looks normal on your computer. I see the website that way if on Internet Explorer. But on two different laptops: 1) with Win 7 and 2nd with Win Vista they are both showing a gap at the top of the site on Firefox. My concern is if it is showing the gap for more viewers.
Could it be a bug from Firefox? I only began to notice this during one of the WordPress package upgrades.
Thanks for the response.

In reply to: White Gap at Top of Page on FirefoxNo, there is a white gap at the very top of site. Where the black bar with sub-nav links are, languages, etc. I’ve found the gap already on two different laptops and just on firefox. I’m not sure why it does it, I’ve been reviewing code top to bottom to figure it out.

In reply to: [Tools for Twitter] [Plugin: Twitter Tools] can't seem to get it to workResolved the problem too. I did exactly as arwen54 said. Delete the Access Token app (http://dev.twitter.com/apps/…), register anew and it should work.

In reply to: [Tools for Twitter] [Plugin: Twitter Tools] can't seem to get it to workI’ve retried, resetting tokens. It says “Yay! we connected to Twitter, ” but no post is retrieved on twitter.
